Highwind Brewing Co. is located in the Junction City historic downtown district at the corner of 8th and Washington Streets. The location was commonly known as “the old waters building”, which once housed the local hardware store Waters True Value. For the past 20+ years it has been vacant and in need of significant repairs. Construction on the new brewery began in June 2022 with a planned opening date of Summer/fall 2023.
Highwind will house a multi-level brewery and food hall. The first floor will be home to a 15 BBL brewhouse, two independent restaurants and full bar. Our second floor event space will include a private bar, catering kitchen and space to accommodate up to 200 guests.
The Highwind Brewing team is excited to bring JC’s first brewery to life!
