OUR HISTORIC HOME
Highwind Brewing Co. is situated in the heart of Junction City's historic downtown district, at the corner of 8th and Washington Streets. This iconic location, once known as "the old Waters building," was home to the local hardware store, Waters True Value. After standing vacant and in disrepair for over 20 years, construction on our new brewery began in June 2022, and we proudly opened our doors in February 2023. The first floor features a 15 BBL brewhouse, two kitchens, and a full bar.
We have ambitious plans to renovate this historic building over the next five years. The basement will be transformed into an exclusive members-only speakeasy, the second floor will become a spacious event venue, and we have exciting plans for the rooftop as well.
